A Real Home Away Referral Program

We believe in working together with other owners who offer high-quality furnished rentals in our markets.  Our goal is to offer our clients the best service and that includes referring them to other homes we trust.

 It's pretty simple - once the relationship is established, we keep your property's information in our database.  If we receive an inquiry that we think would be a good fit for your property, we will let you know and provide a warm transfer of the customer to you.   


 There's no fee or charge whatsoever.  We  benefit by knowing that there was a good match and someone who needed a place found it.   


 While we don't charge for our referral program, we do have standards that need to be met to be a Network Partner.  The requirements are as follows:

  • High quality home with quality furnishings
  • Experience managing furnished rentals
  • 24-7 support for tenants
  • Updated booking calendar that can be accessed (Airbnb / VRBO / ical / etc.)
  • Established cleaning procedures
  • Published or agreed on pricing
  • Quick response time


 That of course depends on a lot of factors.  That being said, we have clients every month that we can't assist for a variety of reasons.  These are missed opportunities to provide potential business to our Network Partners.


As a result of being in the Corporate Housing business for over a decade, we get hundreds of inquiries over the course of the year through various channels.  Many of these we simply don't have the inventory for and would work to reach out to our Partner Network to supply. 


 In order to ensure we can benefit our Network Partners with referrals, we will limit the number of Active Network Partners we have.  Our Active Network will have first priority and will be ranked based on customer feedback and overall experience of the guests.    


In the event our Active Network is full (we have more supply than we have demand), we may not have room for additional Partners in our network at the moment.  However, we will keep your information on hand and will let you know as soon as there is capacity in the Active Network.
