Longer Stays
Booking your furnished home as a dedicated vacation rental is one option for generating income. However, we aren't fans of strict vacation rentals as it can damage relationships with your community causing stress to your neighbors. A Real Home Away strikes the perfect balance. Most tenants we bring into your home stay from 2-3 months with some staying for a year or more. We do utilize vacation rentals when we have to in order to prevent extended vacancies, but as little as possible and usually for no more than 10% of the time.

We appreciate the homeowners that utilize our services and work to develop long standing relationships with them. However, we understand that circumstances change. Our customers have the flexibility of not being locked into a long-term contract and, if for any reason they aren’t satisfied, they can let us know and we refund the previous month’s fees.
