We utilize a variety of sources, including relationships we have cultivated for over a decade, to keep your homes occupied (and maximize your income). Our average occupancy rate is over 90%.

We don’t just manage bookings from a distance – we live and work in the Oklahoma City area and visit your property after every stay – giving it a thorough cleaning and assessing it to ensure your investment is in good condition.
Booking your furnished home as a vacation rental is great for generating income and filling short vacancies. However, doing so exclusively can result in too much administrative work and large cleaning costs. It can also damage relationships with your community as most neighbors don’t love the idea of living next to a vacation rental. A Real Home Away strikes the perfect balance. Most tenants we bring into your home stay from 2-3 months with some staying for a year or more. We do utilize vacation rentals to fill the gaps, but usually for no more than 10% of bookings.
